Contact information

I use names, business contact details and correspondence from public business websites or directly from you to handle enquiries and conduct relevant business research. My lawful basis is legitimate interests: understanding business needs and managing professional conversations.

Storage and service providers

I use providers of email, hosting, storage and research support services to handle this information. Some may process it outside the UK under applicable data protection safeguards; you can contact me for details. I do not sell your information.

I keep records for up to 12 months after our last interaction, unless an ongoing relationship or legal obligation requires longer. I retain minimal opt-out records to respect requests for no further contact.

Your rights

To stop further emails, or ask to access, correct, delete or restrict use of your information, contact dan@danhenderson.co.uk. You can object to my use of your information and complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office.

This website

My hosting provider processes technical details, including IP addresses, to deliver and protect the site. I do not use advertising or analytics cookies; essential security cookies may be used.
